What we ask

Honest feedback. If it's broken, tell us. If a feature is missing, tell us.
Don't ingest data you don't own (or don't have permission to forward).
Don't try to find another tenant's data. There are three layers of defence and it's clearly out of bounds.

What we provide

Best-effort uptime. We'll publish formal SLOs at GA. Today it's "we monitor it and care".
Daily backups, encrypted, held separately from the running service.
Email support to doug@errlens.com. Same human reads it.
